Dr. Hans Jürgen Langenbahn

A true craftsman in coffee roasting, and with a fascination and scientific understanding of coffee from seed to cup. Hans, with Social Anthropology as background, takes regular visits back to coffee origins to support and work with farmers and suppliers. Since a couple of years his focus is more and more on the exciting world of coffee by-producsts. His latest "baby" is "The Zero Waste Coffee Project".
